Q. When will my order ship?
A. We are currently a made-to-order shop so we are able to keep everything we offer in the shop at all times. Our normal processing time is 7-14 business days. I work really hard to make sure items normally go out way before that deadline, during busy times we may take the full 14 days to process your order.

Please note this is the time frame for us to get your order out and not when it will arrive from USPS.

Q. What if I have an error with my order?

Q. What if I need to cancel my order?
A. You have 24 hours to cancel your order. After 24 hours no orders will be cancelled as we've already begun printing and cutting your items.

Q. If I don't like my items, can you refund?
A. Due to the nature of the items we do not offer refunds once an order is shipped. Please shoot me an email at alyssamcesa@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
